Supporting and developing leadership for wāhine

Aotearoa’s food and fibre industry requires specific workplace skills and capabilities. So, AWDT work in close partnership with industry, government, and hapori to meet their evolving needs by growing the expertise and leadership of women.

By combining insight-led design with deep sector understanding, we deliver learning and development programmes that build capability, unlock potential, and deliver measurable outcomes for our farms, communities, businesses, and wider industry.
